How do you ship my household goods?

We can ship your household goods by truck, sea, air and rail, depending on your budget and timeframe.

How do you route shipments? Do they get reloaded?

We route all shipments door-to-door (without reloading at any European headquarters).

Do I need special permits to export artwork and antiques from Russia?

Yes, you must have a permit from the Ministry of Culture to export the following items: All paintings, hand-made rugs, samovars, pre-1950 furniture, pre-1950 furniture, pre-1950 books, icons, pre-1950 posters, items made of precious and semi-precious metals, pre-1950 clocks, photo cameras, and barometers. How much notice do I have to give you when proposing a move date?

We are very flexible for domestic and local moves. But please allow at least two weeks for an international move.

Should I get moving insurance?

Yes, since most household policies do not cover moves, we recommend special transport and, where applicable, storage insurance. We offer both kinds of insurance at very competitive rates.

Can you store my household goods?

Yes, we offer short- and long-term storage of household goods, furniture, files and more.

How much does it cost to move?

The cost of a move depends on many factors, but we are happy to offer free pre-move surveys and custom-tailored quotations for your next move.
